Who requests consent

What you may authorise

The choice is limited to receiving email news about Dymmer products and services, new feature announcements and Dymmer commercial offers. We will use your email address and communication language, together with the minimum information needed to record and manage your consent.

It does not include advertising on behalf of other businesses, giving them your address for their campaigns, telephone calls, SMS or individual tracking of opens and clicks. Any proposal for those activities would need its own information and lawful basis; this authorisation does not cover them.

You give consent only by voluntarily selecting the corresponding checkbox, which is unchecked by default. This choice is separate from agreement acceptance and reading the privacy policy. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent purchasing, accessing the account or using purchased services. Visiting this page does not constitute consent.

This information describes the choice that may be offered to customers; publishing it does not mean your consent has already been recorded or a mailing list activated. Consents or contacts from earlier systems will not be transferred automatically.

How to withdraw consent

You can email info@dymmer.com at any time, specifying the address you want unsubscribed. You do not need to give a reason or close your account. Every commercial message we send you will also include an easy unsubscribe method.

Withdrawal prevents new commercial messages to that address and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing based on valid consent. It also does not prevent messages necessary to access your account, confirm orders, receive invoices, resolve incidents or administer purchased services.

Recording and retaining your choice

When you give this consent, we will retain evidence of your choice: email address and identity or account reference, language, date, origin and version of the text shown, together with subsequent changes or withdrawals. The purpose is to demonstrate permission and respect your preferences, not to create an advertising profile from your use of the service.

The address will be used for this purpose while consent remains valid and the stated purpose continues. Before mailings begin after inactivity, consent will be reviewed; it is not treated as indefinite authorisation for any communication. If the purpose no longer exists or consent cannot be demonstrated, commercial use must stop.

After withdrawal, only minimum evidence needed to address obligations or claims during applicable periods and prevent unauthorised re-enrolment will be retained. Retaining that evidence does not authorise commercial messages.

Sending system and your rights

The system for future mailings has not yet been chosen. It may be operated internally or by a provider subject to applicable obligations. Choosing a platform does not extend the purpose of your consent. Before an external provider is used, applicable recipients and international transfers will be explained. If the purpose for which you consented changes, new permission will be requested where necessary.

You can exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and complain to the competent data protection authority. Lawful bases, retention information, recipients, safeguards and complaint channels are explained in the privacy policy.
