Withdrawal and ordinary cancellation are different. Ordinary domain cancellation does not refund the unused year; other paid services receive a proportional wallet credit for the unused period. Statutory withdrawal is reviewed separately and does not automatically exclude domains.

Sending this declaration does not move money or stop services automatically. We preserve its receipt time and handle service cessation and any refund separately.
